Flexible viewing your collectable' s-This Software allows you to view your records in two ways. Firstly in a list for easy finding of the record you want and then in a details view that gives you more details and a larger image area.

Filtering-Columns in the list may be filtered ( in the same way as if using excel ). This allows you to show only records that meet your criteria ( eg only Coins from 1986 ), making it easy to find what you want.

Grouping-It is possible to group fields; this will turn the list into a tree much like Window explorer, allowing you to open and collapse folders of records. eg Grouping by Mint will allow you to see your Coins in a way that resembles the folders inside Windows explorer.

Layout changing / saving-Show or Hide fields, change their order in both the list and the form view, this layout may then be saved for future use.

Copy record-Copy record allows you to duplicate a records data into a new record. Great for when you are adding many of the same type of records.

Drop down lists-User definable drop down lists for easy data insertion e. g. The field Mint has a drop down showing a list of Mints used. You can also edit this list to add or remove Mints.
